BlueFinn
BlueFinn sails to Klein Curaçao seven days a week. You leave from Jan Thiel Beach at eight or half past eight in the morning. You can buy tickets here. Do you suffer from seasickness? Take pills against seasickness in advance and find a spot on the catamaran where you can focus on a point on the horizon. The sea can be quite rough on the way there.
On board there is an open bar where you can enjoy drinks. After about two hours of sailing you arrive at Klein Curaçao. You spend 45 minutes on the island and then the crew calls you back on board to enjoy a delicious extensive buffet lunch. After lunch there is still time to explore the island further and you will sail back around three o'clock. The return journey is a lot less 'heavy' than the outward journey and around half past five you will be back on the mainland of Curaçao with both feet .
What to do on Klein Curacao
You can do different things on Klein Curaçao. First of all you have to go snorkeling! Beautiful fish can be found around the catamarans off the coast of Klein Curaçao. If you are lucky you can also see turtles. On the mainland of Klein Curaçao you can also take a short walk to spot the abandoned lighthouse and the shipwreck on the north side. All in all, it is of course just wonderful to chill on this uninhabited bounty island.
