Looking for a quiet place to escape the hustle and bustle of the city? Warredal, located in Belgian Limburg, is a perfect destination for a relaxing stay in the middle of nature. We spent two nights here around New Year's Eve, away from the fireworks, so our dog Ollie could welcome the New Year in peace.​

Staying overnight at Warredal

​Warredal is known for its atmospheric and cosy glamping accommodation. We stayed in The Lodge, a beautiful cabin with breathtaking views of the surrounding meadows, where deer roam freely. The tranquillity, comfort and nature experience make a stay here truly special. What made our stay extra special was the private barbecue, which allowed us to usher in 2025 in peace and cosiness.

One of the highlights of our stay was a hike in Terhills, a former mining area that has been transformed into a unique nature reserve. Here you can enjoy panoramic views of the water and hills, while discovering the region's rich history. The combination of nature and industrial heritage makes this a special experience.
